Today is the arrival day for all attendees traveling from outside EMEA! Today is a travel day to have one day for rest and recovery from your overnight trip.
*Check-in time is 3:00pm but you may store your luggage and head out to explore the city, or enjoy a relaxing lunch on the hotel's rooftop terrace. The spa is also available if you’d like to change or freshen up, but it is limited in size.
Also keep in mind you can book 30 minutes in a private spa area located on the top floor of the hotel which includes showers, steam room, and sauna. This does need to be pre-booked up to 2 weeks before the event but is complimentary for guests of the hotel. You can do this as one person or you can choose to have 2-3 other guests join you for the space. Feel free to email Clientes Hotel Majestic clientes@hotelmajestic.es for pre-booking.
Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!

5:30 - 7:30pm - Welcome Reception. Please join us for a Welcome Reception at on the La Dolce Vitae Rooftop Terrace to help kick off the trip. Dinner and drinks will be served. We are hosting our reception at an earlier time in order to keep it outside with warmer weather.
After the welcome party, please join us at Gatsby Barcelona Lounge for an evening celebration from 9:30 pm - 12:00 am. The entrance to Gatsby is through the David Parking Garage entrance. See the attached photo of what you should be looking out for!
Walking Directions: Turn right out of the main lobby of the hotel onto Passeig de Gràcia. Walk 4 blocks and then turn left when you approach Avinguda Diagonal. Walk an additional 2.5 blocks and turn right on Carrer de Tuset. Gatsby Barcelona will be one block ahead on the left.

Gaudi Tour. This tour will introduce you to the work of Barcelona’s most renowned architect and visionary, Antoni Gaudi. See activities table for more details! Please meet in the hotel for 1:55pm departure. You will be back to the hotel for 6:00pm.
Barcelona Winery Tour: Experience an award-winning winery with views of the Mediterranean Sea while tasting incredible wines with lunch. Please meet in the lobby for 10:15am. We highly recommend eating breakfast before as our lunch will not be until 2pm. You will return to the hotel around 4:30pm.
Local Cooking Class: Enjoy a cooking workshop on traditional Catalan / Spanish cuisine. You'll have a chance to sit down as a group and enjoy the meal you prepared! (drinks included).
Spa appointments at the Majestic Spa will be scheduled based upon availability. Please check your Travefy itinerary for your appointment day and time.
Resort Credit: Please remember that choosing resort credit instead of one of the activities listed above is also an option. The resort credit can be used at the hotel to extend your stay an additional night or for any food and beverage spend at the restaurants or bars.
