[fa icon="plus-square"] Can we bring a guest?
Yes, every CarGurus President's Club inductee can invite one guest.  Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling or best friend.  It should be someone that is an important part of your life.  This should not be a co-worker at CarGurus.
[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVP's must be received by February 8, 2018!  Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in the April trip.

 

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

You will be booking with American Express, please call the American Express Corp Travel to book your flight for you and your guest.  Phone – 800 333 8844 or amexnw@service.americanexpress.com -  8am-8p ET – M-F  (don’t call after these hours, as ETS will not have the group info).  The flight cost will be billed directly to CarGurus.  American Express has a set budget for flights so please respect that budget range.  

The budget for flights will be $650 for US based Gurus and $1200 for Dublin based Gurus. Any flights that go over budget, you will be held responsible for the difference. 

We ask for all flights to be booked by 2/10/2018.  You will be responsible to cover any flight changes after booking unless it is work related.

The airport code for Paradise Island, Bahamas is NAS for Nassau airport.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

Yes, please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com with extension requests.  CarGurus has negotiated a discounted room rate and if available you will be able to secure that for the extension.  Given the trip is in April the availability is limited due to high season.  The rates are approximately $390 ++ per night for pre or post extension.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] Are airport transfers provided in Bahamas?

Yes every guest has airport transfers (even early arrivals and late departures) setup once they land in Bahamas.  Please exit the airport and look for the CarGurus logo on a sign.  

Departures from the Royal Towers, Atlantis to the Airport will be provided also.  You will receive departure notices 24 hours before departure with the pickup times.

 

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is the on-site meeting required?

Yes the meeting is required for all CarGurus employees who are attending the trip!  Please be on time.

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] Will CarGurus provide per diem or should we expense meals?

CarGurus will provide resort credit and meal vouchers for each room that you can use to spend on food and drink.

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner.  This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
