  • You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage.  The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.

Attendees are on their own for lunch.

Free evening for international team at The St. Regis.  We recommend visiting The Beach Club or Seagrapes for a more casual dinner.  There is also a full sushi menu at the lobby bar.  For a more formal dinner, Paros is available upstairs in the lobby.  For those dining at Paros we recommend long pants and closed toed shoes for men.  Resort credit will be provided to help defray the costs of this evening's dinner.

Monday 3/9/2020 - US Arrivals Day

7:30-10:00pm:  Welcome Party - Plantation House Event Lawn

  • Remember, guests can enjoy The St. Regis champagne sabering at the lobby bar patio at 6pm each evening.
  • Dress code for the welcome party is casual, shorts and sandals are permitted, it is outside so a shawl is recommended.
  • Dinner & drinks will be provided at Welcome Party.  
  • The lobby bar will be open until 1am for those looking for an evening nightcap.  

Tuesday 3/10/2020

To help defray meals cost, you will be provided resort credit to use for food and beverage for the total trip.  Remember you can order french pressed coffee from your butler the night before to be delivered each morning to your room/balcony.  Also in the main lobby you can grab complimentary coffee, tea, and muffins.

9:00-12:00pm:  Sales Meetings (Located on property at Astor ballroom) - Meetings are required for CarGurus employees, so please make sure you are on time and prepared to add value.

  • Breakfast will served for meeting attendees at 9:00am.  Guests are on their own for breakfast.

12:00-5:00pm:  Cabana Get Together - Please join us for a casual afternoon of cabanas and relaxation at the main pool.  The cabanas will be available starting at 11am so guests may enjoy while employees are in their sales meeting!  Food and drinks will be served at the cabana throughout the day.

1:10 PM: CarGurus 9-Hole Golf Tournament - Tee times will start at 1:30pm so we ask everyone to meet at the Golf Clubhouse by 1:10pm to get your clubs and cart assignments. Boxed lunches will be provided at the hotel to grab and go before the round begins.

Tonight we will head into old San Juan to experience the local culture.  We will take buses into San Juan departing The St. Regis at 6:30pm.

7:30-10pm: Optional Group Dine-Arounds - For those who decide to opt in, dinner will be covered by the executive host, otherwise you will be on your own for dinner in town.

10:00-12:30am: After-Party in Old San Juan at Princesa Gastrobar, hosted by CarGurus

Buses will depart Old San Juan at 12:30am to return to The St. Regis.   

For those looking to head back to the hotel at alternate times, Uber is available.  

Wednesday 3/11/2020

Remember you can order french pressed coffee from your butler the night before to be delivered each morning to your room/balcony.  Also in the main lobby you can grab complimentary coffee, tea, and muffins. 

This morning is yours to enjoy some rest and relaxation.  Remember all guests will have access to the spa hot tub, cold plunge pool, sauna, steam room, and rain shower even if you are not getting a treatment.  Also the golf driving range, tennis courts, basketball courts, and lake house water park are available complimentary to all guests.

3:30-5:30pm:  Community Service Project - Please meet at 3:30pm at the Astor ballroom terrace to pick up your buddy for the afternoon.  We recommend beach attire with cover ups.  Members of the local community will be joining us at Bahia Beach Resort for an after school enrichment experience.

 

7:30-10:00pm  Awards Dinner Event - Located on property at Pool Terrace Event Lawn.

  • Remember, guests can enjoy The St. Regis champagne sabering at the lobby bar patio at 6pm each evening.
  • Dress code for the event is Caribbean Chic. This evening will take place outdoors so a shawl is recommended.
  • Dinner & drinks will be provided at the Awards Dinner.  Smores will be available at the firepit starting at 9:30pm.
  • Seagrapes will be open this evening until 1:00am for those looking for an evening nightcap.

You are on your own for food today as guests will be leaving at different times through the day.
 
  • Check out is 12:00pm, please make sure you check-out and pay the outstanding balance on your account.  CarGurus will only be covering all room charges and resort credit provided.  All additional charges should not be expensed and should be covered by the individual.
