Yes, every CarGurus President's Club inductee can invite one guest.  Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling or best friend.  It should be someone that is an important part of your life.  This should not be a co-worker at CarGurus.

All RSVP's must be received by March 22nd

 

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

You will be booking your flights for you and your guest with our corporate travel agent, American Express.

Please call the American Express Corp Travel to book your flight for you and your guest.  Phone – 800 333 8844 or amexnw@service.americanexpress.com -  8am-8p ET – M-F  (don’t call after these hours, as ETS will not have the group info).  The flight cost will be billed directly to CarGurus.

We ask for all flights to be booked by 3/28/2016.  You will be responsible to cover any flight changes after booking unless it is work related.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

Yes, please email Marci@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com with extension requests.  CarGurus has negotiated a discounted room rate and if available you will be able to secure that for the extension.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is the on-site meeting required?

Yes the meeting is required for all CarGurus employees who are attending the trip!  Please be on time.

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] Will CarGurus provide per diem or should we expense meals?

CarGurus will provide $350 room credit for each room.  This will be approx $100 per day that you can spend on food and drinks that aren't planned.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What if I want to participate in two activities?

Unfortunately given the packed itinerary most activities will be taking place at the same time which makes is impossible to participate in more than one.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner.  This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
