Travel day to Miami - *** Check-in time is 3pm, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.
- You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage.
Attendees are on their own for lunch
7:15-9:15pm: Welcome Cocktail Reception - Delano Rooftop Solarium
Dinner on your own.
- Heavy appetizers & open bar will be provided at Welcome Reception.
- To help defray meals cost, you will be provided a $350 resort credit per room to use for food and beverage for the total 3 night trip.
Monday 5/9/2016
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Poolside Cabanas, there will be an option to order brunch at the Delano Beach Club cabana area (food will be covered by CarGurus).
- Breakfast options will only be served 10-11am, lunch options will be served 10am-12pm at the Delano Beach Club (CarGurus private area with custom menu).
2:30 PM - 4:30 PM Sales Meeting (Gallery Room @ The Delano Hotel)
7:30 PM - 10:00 PM - Awards Dinner @ STK Miami Beach: Please meet at 7:30pm in Delano lobby, the bus is leaving promptly at 7:40pm (ride is only 5 minutes).
Remember:
- CarGurus has rented pool-side cabanas for the group to socialize in the morning and for the guests to enjoy during the sales meetings.
- Brunch will be covered by CarGurus, attendees are responsible for their own alcoholic beverages
- For the Awards Dinner, Dressy Resort Casual attire recommended, men please no shorts/jeans/sandals. For those looking for nightlife after dinner, FDR (club located at the Delano) hosts a weekly Monday night party. Keep in mind the party does not get going until midnight or so.
- Meetings are required for CarGurus employees so please make sure you are on time and prepared to add value.
Tuesday 5/10/2016

Activities Day:
- Golf - Please meet in the lobby for transport to the golf course at 8:45am (Collared Shirts Required). 9:32am, 9:40am tee times.
- Deep Sea Fishing Trip - Please meet in the lobby for transport to the dock at 7:45am sharp (8am start time).
- Spa Treatment - Click Here for Spa Schedule (Please make sure you arrive 10 minutes before treatment). You can select Swedish or Deep Tissue when you arrive.
6pm-8pm Sunset Sail aboard the Caribbean Spirit (drop-off to dinner location)
- Bus leaves the lobby at 5:30pm sharp.
8pm-10pm Dinner at Rusty Pelican (transport back to Delano following dinner)
- On Tuesday nights the Delano hosts a party at their Beach Club starting at 9pm for those interested in nightlife following dinner.
Wednesday 5/11/2016
- Check out is 11am, please make sure you check-out and pay the outstanding balance on your account. CarGurus will only be covering all room charges and resort credit provided ($350 per room for dinners and drinks). All additional charges should not be expensed and covered by the individual.
