Travel day to South Beach *** Check-in time is 4pm, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.
- You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
Attendees are on their own for lunch
7:30-9:30pm: Welcome Cocktail Reception - Tropicale Bar at The Edition
- Remember, guests can ice skate at no additional cost each evening from 5-7pm at The Edition's rink!
- Dress code for the welcome party is casual, shorts and sandals are permitted, it is outside so a shawl is recommended.
- Heavy appetizers & open bar will be provided at Welcome Reception.

To help defray meals cost, you will be provided resort credit to use for food and beverage for the total 3 night trip.
Breakfast & Lunch on own.
12:30-5:30pm: Group Activity Day - Catamaran Excursion Day - Please meet in the lobby at 12:30pm for departure to the dock to board the Caribbean spirit for the day. Please wear a bathing suit and remember to bring a towel and sunscreen. Lunch and beverages will be provided on board.
Tonight you have your evening free!

Thursday 3/7/2019
9:00am-12pm: Sales Meetings (Located on property at Studio 1, 2, 3). Meetings are required for CarGurus employees, so please make sure you are on time and prepared to add value.
- Breakfast will served for meeting attendees at 9am. Guests are on their own for breakfast.
Lunch at Leisure
12-5pm: Cabana Rentals - Please join us for a casual afternoon of cabanas and relaxation. The cabanas will be available starting at 11am so guests may enjoy while employees are in their sales meeting!
For those looking for an additional activity instead of an afternoon by the pool, you may choose a round of golf or a spa treatment, compliments of CarGurus.
7:30-10:00pm Awards Dinner Event - Located on property at La Vista Terrace - Dress code for this evening is Caribbean Chic, please no shorts or sandals.
This evening will take place outdoors on the patio.

- Check out is 11am, please make sure you check-out and pay the outstanding balance on your account. CarGurus will only be covering all room charges and resort credit provided. All additional charges should not be expensed and should be covered by the individual.
