All qualifiers will be notified through email with a link to register by January 25th. All registrations must be received by January 3oth. Please make sure your registration is on time to secure your spot on the March trip.
All flights are required to be booked through Executive Group Travel.
Executive Group Travel will manage the budget for each attendees flight. Any flights that go over budget, you will be held responsible for the difference and can cover that through Executive Group Travel.
For those traveling on group dates from Boston, we have secured seats on two round trip direct flights through JetBlue and Delta. You will receive more details on those flight blocks once your registration is submitted.
Please remember to fly into SJU (Luis Munoz Marin International Airport).
To enter Puerto Rico and at check-in to the hotel, you will need to present two important things:
1. Valid Passport (for all non-US residents) - The document must be valid through the duration of your stay. For those US residents, you will need a valid ID to enter Puerto Rico.
Please note that you are responsible to understand the travel requirements to travel to and from your home country. *This is NOT the responsibility of Executive Group Travel.*
2. Credit Card: The hotel will ask you to provide a credit card for incidentals (additional charges such as spa, drinks at the bars on property, golf etc). Please be aware they will put a hold on that credit card at check-in, then release the hold 24 hours after check-out. We recommend providing a credit card over a debit card, as the debit card will actually debit funds for the hold, then redeposit them after your stay.
If you are interested in extending your trip this is first come first serve for room availability at the discounted room block rate.
Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled nights will be billed back to you through payroll.

Yes, CarGurus will be providing airport transfers for all attendees arriving and departing on group dates to and from the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel.
For those arriving and departing outside group dates you will be on your own for airport transfers.
The hotel is not all-inclusive. CarGurus has provided resort credit on your room account to help defray the cost of food and drinks throughout the trip. Anything over the allotted credit will be your responsibility.
The food and drink standards in Puerto Rico are comparable to those of mainland United States. The tap water is safe to drink as it is filtered and treated at the source.
Yes the meeting is required for all CarGurus employees who are attending the trip! Guests may enjoy their morning at leisure. Please be on time.
CarGurus will provide resort credit that you can use on property to help cover meals outside the group dining provided. Please do not expense any additional food or beverage costs. Any amount spent over the resort credit will be the individuals responsibility at check-out.
There will be two options.
1. Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!
2. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
