7:00 - 11:00pm - Welcome Reception. Please join us for a Welcome Reception at the El San Juan Beach Club to kick off the trip. Dinner and drinks will be served.
After the welcome party, keep the night going at one popular nightlife spots on site at the hotel including Chico Cabaret, the hotel's speakeasy which offers a variety of live entertainment nightly. For those looking for some additional fun, the Foxwoods El San Juan Casino is open daily until 4:00 AM.
Please note that Club Brava is closed tonight as it only opens Thursday-Saturday each week.
Guest's are on their own for breakfast this morning, breakfast is offered at Cana's from 7:00 - 11:30am. For more of a grab and go breakfast, fuel up with locally roasted gourmet coffees, grab-and-go bites, delicious fruit and freshly baked breads available at El Bistro from 5:30am-1:00 pm. Starbucks is also open daily at 6:00am.
8:30-12:30pm: Sales Meetings & CSR Experience (Located on property)- Meetings are required for CarGurus employees, so please make sure you are on time and prepared to add value. The meeting will be hosted in the Palmieri meeting room. We will have coffee and pastries at the meeting but feel free to eat breakfast before.
12:30-3:30pm: Employee BBQ & Cabana Day. Join us for lunch and an afternoon of fun in the sun with CarGurus Cabana Day! Guests are welcome to join!

Activity Day:
Catamaran Snorkel. Enjoy a day on the water, sailing, snorkeling, and enjoying some fun in the sun. A reminder to bring a towel, bathing suit, and sunscreen. Food and drinks will be provided on the boat. More details to follow on our departure time from the hotel.
Spa appointments at the Well & Being Spa will be scheduled based upon availability. Please check your Travefy itinerary for your appointment day and time.
Resort Credit: Please remember that choosing resort credit instead of one of the activities listed above is also an option. The resort credit can be used at the hotel to extend your stay an additional night or for any food and beverage spend at the restaurants or bars. A reminder it can NOT be used at the casino.
Golf: Join us for the annual CarGurus Club Golf Tournament. Club rentals are included. Please note we will be departing Fairmont around 7:30am as the golf course is located approximately 20 minutes away.
7:00pm-12:00 am - Farewell Reception Dinner. Please join us tonight at Antiguo to celebrate all of your accomplishments in 2024! Antiquo is located in Old San Juan and about 20 minutes from the resort and we will be running shuttles to/from the hotel this evening. Dinner and drinks will be served.
Dress Code: We recommend Smart Casual for this evening, please no shorts.
