Today is a travel day for all attendees and a chance for rest and recovery from your overnight trip.
*Check-in time is 3:00pm but you may store your luggage and freshen up at the hotel. Please note we understand everyone is arriving early on an overnight but most rooms will not be ready until check-in time. The hotel will be provided the flight manifest and will do their best with early check-ins.
Please note that a hold will be placed on your personal credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!
Upon arrival, CarGurus has arranged transportation for you from the airport to the Ivens. Once you collect your luggage and exit immigration to the arrivals hall, your driver will be holding a sign with the CarGurus President’s Club Logo. Our trusted transportation company name is Gold Limousine.

The Ivens offers two dining options for dinner with both Rocco and Barra being open daily for dinner. For those looking to explore restaurants in Lisbon, some of our favorite restaurants in downtown Lisbon are Sacramento do Ciado, Lisboa A Noite, A Cevicheria but honestly everywhere is good there.
Keep in mind Uber is readily available throughout Lisbon!

Today is all yours to explore Lisbon and we have arranged group Tuk Tuk tours to see the city!
This is an optional activity, so be sure secure your spot on one of the tours during the registration process. Tuk Tuk tours are one of our favorite activities in Lisbon and a great way to get to know the city.
For those looking for a nightcap, take advantage of the prime location near the Bairro Alto neighborhood. Know for it's lively night scene and street lined with bars and patrons fill the street to celebrate together.
