 Today is a travel day for all attendees traveling from the United States and is the official start date of the event.

A reminder for those traveling from EMEA, you are permitted to arrive on Friday, March 5th due to the length of travel.  

*** Check-in time is 4:00pm. We have requested early check-in but it is not guaranteed. Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!

Upon arrival in Punta Cana, please completely exit the airport and you will find a CarGurus sign for your transfer to the hotel. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Trip Plans individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The hotel is located about 50 minutes from the airport.

We highly recommend downloading the Marriott Experience App which will be a great resource for daily schedules of resort activities, restaurant details, and so much! It is available for all mobile devices.

Your all-inclusive package begins with lunch on your arrival day.

• You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. 
• Reminder: The gym is open 24/7 as a space to change clothes in their locker rooms prior to your room being ready.

4:30pm - CarGurus Business Meeting. This meeting is mandatory for all employees. Guest's are on their own this morning. The meeting will be hosted in the Great Ballroom B. From the main lobby, head down the hallway to the left just past the coffee shop toward the Spa. Directly across from the Resort Store, turn right through the door and take the elevator or stairs to level 3. Exit the elevator and turn right down the hallway toward the meeting room.

6:00 - 7:00 PM - Welcome Cocktail Hour- Join us tonight to kick off the trip with our Welcome Reception on the Satsuma Rooftop! Light snacks and drinks will be served. 

7:00 - 9:30 PM - CarGurus Group Dinners. Tonight you will join your colleagues for dinners at restaurants around the resort. Please check your personalized itinerary for the designated restaurant for you and your guest.

For those looking for a nightcap, come join us at the Taproom after your group dinner.

Breakfast on your own. Breakfast is served daily at the Trade Market . If you are looking for a more grab & go style breakfast, the Outpost Cafe is open daily with coffee, tea, and small fresh bites.

In your registration form, you signed up for one of the following activities:

Spa Service - We recommend arriving one hour before at the spa, to enjoy the hydrotherapy experience included with your service; sauna, jacuzzi, steam and ice room (ladies & gentleman in separate areas). Or at least 20 minutes before for check in, please don't forget to bring your swimming suit. Please check your personalized itinerary for your appointment time.

Catamaran Snorkel -  Set sail on the water and soak in the stunning Caribbean scenery surrounding Punta Cana with an unforgettable experience. Please be aware that the dock for the boat is located about 50-minutes away from the resort by bus. More details on the departure time to follow!

CarGurus Golf Tournament - Our annual golf tournament will be hosted this morning at the Hard Rock Golf Club at Cana Bay. More details on the tee times to follow! The course is located approximately 30 minutes from the resort. Rental clubs will be provided. Collared shirts and shoes are required at the course.

Please remember that choosing Resort Credit instead of one of the activities listed above is also an option. The resort credit can be used at the hotel towards extending your stay an additional night or for another activity/tour offered by the resort!

7:00 - 10:00 PM - CarGurus Awards Dinner. Tonight's Awards Dinner will be hosted on the Beach.

Immediately following the dinner, let's keep the party going at Sensazioni for music, dancing, and drinks from 10:00 - 1:00 AM.

12:00 PM - CarGurus Cabana Get Together! This afternoon we have reserved cabanas at the infinity pool with a DJ! Stop down at your leisure and spend some time with your co-workers. This is not a mandatory event.

Dinner On Own - Tonight you are on your own for dinner. Here is a link to the restaurant options on property that are included.  *We highly recommend making dinner reservations upon arrival with concierge*

After dinner, get those vocal cords ready and join us at Sensazioni for some CarGurus Karaoke from 9:30-12:00 AM! Sensazioni is located next to the Trade Market where the breakfast buffet is hosted. 

CarGurus will be providing group transport to the airport for those departing today. Please check your individual itinerary for your departure times. These will be group departures so we ask for all guests to be on time. 

Check out is 11am. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. CarGurus will be covering all room charges on event dates as well as the selected activity for you and your guest. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed. 

Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered.
