For those asked to book with American Express, please call the American Express Corp Travel to book your flight for you and your guest. Phone – 800 333 8844 or email@example.com - 8am-8p ET – M-F (don’t call after these hours, as ETS will not have the group info). The flight cost will be billed directly to CarGurus. American Express has a set budget for flights so please respect that budget range.
We ask for all flights to be booked by 1/16/2016. You will be responsible to cover any flight changes after booking unless it is work related.
Yes, please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com with extension requests. CarGurus has negotiated a discounted room rate and if available you will be able to secure that for the extension. Given the trip is in February the availability is limited due to high season. The rates are approximately $559 ++ per night for pre or post extension.
Yes every guest has airport transfers (even early arrivals and late departures) setup once they land in Aruba. Please exit the airport and look for the CarGurus logo on a sign. The company will be De Palm Tours!
Departures from the Ritz to the Airport will be provided also. You will receive departure notices 24 hours before departure with the pickup times.
Yes the meeting is required for all CarGurus employees who are attending the trip! Please be on time.
CarGurus will provide $350 room credit for each room. This will be approx $100 per day that you can spend on food and drinks that aren't planned.
Unfortunately given the packed itinerary most activities will be taking place at the same time which makes is impossible to participate in more than one.
There will be two options.
1. All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner. This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.
2. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
