Travel day to Aruba - *** Check-in time is 4pm, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.
- You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
Attendees are on their own for lunch
7:30-9:30pm: Welcome Cocktail Reception -Ritz Carlton Firepit
- Dress code for the welcome party is Caribbean casual, shorts and sandals are permitted, it is outside so a shawl is recommended.
- Sunset is between 6:40-6:45pm for those interested in experiencing from their balcony or beach.
- Heavy appetizers & open bar will be provided at Welcome Reception.
- To help defray meals cost, you will be provided a $350 resort credit per room to use for food and beverage for the total 3 night trip.

Activities Day:
- Golf - Please meet in the Ritz Main lobby for transport to the golf course at 8:15am (Collared Shirts Required). 9:00 tee times.
- UTV Tour - Please meet in the Ballroom Foyer at the Ritz to start your UTV tour. We recommend sneakers and sunglasses and be prepared to get dusty.
- Spa Treatment - Spa Schedule will be posted 2 weeks prior to event.
- Windsurfing Lessons with Vela - 9:30-11:30am, please meet at beach towel hut at the Ritz-Carlton at 9:15, we recommend layering up on sunscreen or wearing an SPF shirt for the lesson.
6:30-9:30pm Awards Dinner Event - BLT Steak (Located on Ritz property) - Dress code for this evening is Caribbean Chic, please no shorts or sandals. This evening will take place outdoors on the patio.
Friday 2/3/2017
9:00am-12pm: Sales Meetings (Located on property at the Ritz). Meetings are required for CarGurus employees so please make sure you are on time and prepared to add value.
- Breakfast will served for meeting attendees at 9am. Guests on their own.
Lunch at Leisure
12-5pm: Cabana Rentals - Please join us for a casual afternoon of beach games and relaxation. We will have access to a few cabanas and additional chairs setup on one section of the beach for CarGurus employees. Located at Ritz-Carlton Beach. The cabanas will be available starting at 9am so guests may enjoy while employees are in their sales meeting!
7:00pm-9:30pm: MooMba Beach BBQ - Please meet in the lobby at 7:00pm for transfers to our beachside dinner at MooMba Beach. This will be a casual beach bbq with live music. After dinner there are a few options for nightlife next to MooMba or you are free to walk back to the Ritz along the boardwalk approximately 15 minutes. Keep in mind this is a casual beach restaurant on the sand so dress accordingly. Shorts/Sandals allowed!
