Things to Know:

  • Passport is required for visitors entering Aruba.  Your passport must be valid at time of entry and for duration of stay. No visa required for US passport holders
  • US passport holders will be clearing customs leaving Aruba, not when entering the US.  
  • Weather: For October the average temp is 90° Fahrenheit (dry and desert like climate)
  • US Dollars are accepted throughout Aruba
  • The official language in Aruba is Dutch with the mother tongue being Papiamento but English is spoken island-wide.   
  • Aruba has pure, refreshing tap water, distilled in the world's second largest saltwater purification plant, and is completely safe to drink.  The Ritz will also provide bottled water at turn-down each night.

Covid-19 Information:

As of March 2022, travelers are no longer required to present a COVID-19 negative test result or proof of vaccination. Travelers to Aruba are no longer required to purchase the Aruba Visitors Insurance

Please note that all travelers will still be required to complete Aruba’s Embarkation/Disembarkation Card prior to arrival, which is the country’s digitized customs and immigration process.
