All RSVP's must be received by February 1, 2022! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in the March trip.
All flights are required to be booked through Direct Travel/Colpitts. Please complete the booking link and a member of the travel team will reach out to you to get your flights secured. You are able to provide both you and your guests flight information on this one link. If your guest is flying from an alternate airport include that information under Travel Related Comments section in the flight booking link below.

Direct Travel will manage the budget for each attendees flight. Any flights that go over budget, you will be held responsible for the difference and can cover that through Direct Travel.
We ask for all flights to be booked by 2/10/2022. You will be responsible to cover any flight changes after booking unless it is work related.
You will need to fly into the AUA irport.
We have limited amount of pre/post extensions. The group rate is $605 per night including taxes and fees. Please email email@example.com to request any extensions at the Ritz Aruba.
Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled nights will be billed back to you through payroll.
Yes, CarGurus will be providing airport transfers for all attendees arriving and departing on group dates to and from the Ritz-Carlton.
For those arriving and departing outside group dates you will be on your own for airport transfers. Taxi's are easy and safe to use, the ride to the hotel is only 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
Yes the meeting is required for all CarGurus employees who are attending the trip! Guests may enjoy their morning at leisure. Please be on time.
CarGurus will provide resort credit that you can use on property to help cover meals outside the group dining provided. Please do not expense any additional food or beverage costs. Any amount spent over the resort credit will be the individuals responsibility at check-out.
There will be two options.
1. All updates and changes will be communicated to you through your individual itinerary and the Travefy app. We recommend downloading the app with your itinerary before you depart for the trip.
2. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
