Sunday 10/2/2022 - US Arrivals Day

7:00-9:00pm: Welcome Party - Pool Area at Ritz Aruba
- Dress code for the welcome party is Caribbean casual, shorts and sandals are permitted, it is outside so a shawl is recommended.
- Sunset is between 6:40-6:50pm for those interested in experiencing from their balcony or beach.
- Heavy appetizers & open bar will be provided at Welcome Reception.
- To help defray meals cost, you will be provided a $350 resort credit per room to use for food and beverage for the total 3 night trip.

9:00-12:00pm: Sales Meetings (Located on property on ground floor - Salon A) - Meetings are required for CarGurus employees, so please make sure you are on time and prepared to add value.
- Breakfast will served for meeting attendees at 9:00am. Guests are on their own for breakfast.
Individual activities - After the Sales Meeting if you have chosen the UTV Tour or Catamaran Snorkel today is your activity day! Spa treatments will be spread out over the course of the trip based upon availability. Please check your individual itinerary for your spa appointment time.
UTV Tour: Enjoy the adventure of discovering the northern end of Aruba in your personal UTV! Please meet in the Ballroom Lobby at 1:00 PM for the 1:20 PM departure. If you plan to drive the vehicle, all drivers must show a valid driver's license at check-in! The tour itself should last 4 hours getting you back to the hotel around 6 PM.
Catamaran Sailing and Snorkel Adventure: Enjoy the crystal-clear waters, balmy tropical breezes, Caribbean cocktails, an open bar, snacks, music, National Geographic snorkeling equipment, and shaded areas! Please plan to meet in the lobby at 1 PM for a 1:15 PM departure, we will take a short walk down the beach to the boat. We will be on the boat from 2 PM to 5PM

Tonight is at leisure to enjoy any of the 3 restaurants on site. If you are looking to eat dinner at BLT Steak on property we recommend making reservations when you arrive. You will be provided resort credit on your room account to help defray the costs of dinner.
If you prefer to explore off property this evening, you are more than welcome but all expenses will need to be covered by you personally.

Breakfast On Own. Early risers can begin their day with a full array of breakfast items buffet style or à la carte in the comfortable and delectable restaurant Solanio. Settle into a booth and enjoy the dramatic views from the open kitchen or take in the ocean breezes on the terrace with alfresco dining. Solanio is open daily from at 6:30am-12:00pm. For those looking for a grab and go breakfast, Ritual Coffee Culture, located adjacent to The Shops on the Lobby Level, offers a menu based on several kinds of coffee brewing methods using a premium coffee blend. Enjoy brew in its well-known drip coffee formula, as well as a range of specialty lattes, a hand-crafted bakery, and healthy meals. Ritual Coffee is open daily from 6:00am-8:00pm.
Individual activities - This morning if you have chosen 18 holes of golf as your activity, today is your activity day! Spa treatments will be spread out over the course of the trip based upon availability. Please check your individual itinerary for your spa appointment time.
18 Holes of Golf - Tee times are at 9am so departure from the hotel lobby will be 8:15am prompt! Rental clubs and carts will be provided. Collared shirts are REQUIRED!
11:00 AM - Cabana Get Together - Please join us for a casual afternoon of cabanas and relaxation at the adults only pool. The cabanas will be available starting at 11am so guests may enjoy while employees are in their sales meeting! Food and drinks will be served at the cabana throughout the day.
7:00-10:00pm Awards Dinner Event - Please join us on property at The Ritz's Event Beach for our awards dinner. Dinner and Drinks and Dancing will be provided. Attire: Caribbean Chic
- Remember, there is a casino open late into the evenings for those interested in gambling.
- Dress code for the event is Caribbean Chic. This evening will take place outdoors so a shawl is recommended.
